Quality & process

Nothing leaves us unchecked. Every Revit model is clash-checked to zero; every CFD case is checked for energy balance and mesh.

Revit MEP: checked before delivery

Every model gets a clash check, a device-connection check and an error list before delivery. Clashes are 0 at delivery, or each remaining one is agreed with you.

  • Open-end check — every unconnected duct, pipe and tray end is listed. The only open ends left are the ones that are open on the drawing.
  • Device check — fans, dampers, terminals, sprinklers, fixtures, lights and panels are connected into their systems; any device with a free connector is reported.
  • Assumption report — every inherited size or elevation and every guess is listed, with a preview image of what was recognised, so you can check it before modelling.
  • Clash check — ducts, pipes, trays, conduits and devices are checked against columns and beams and against each other; the demo project: 465 elements, 0 clashes. Wall penetrations are listed for sleeves.
  • Accuracy check (optional) — if you have a manually built reference model, the generated model is compared element by element: missing, extra, moved and resized items.

  • Energy balance — heat in vs. heat out for every case — see the table.
  • Mesh sensitivity — key results re-run on a refined mesh; the change is reported.
  • Correlation check — tube heat transfer and pressure drop vs. Gnielinski / Darcy; tube-in-tube case within 7.6% of Gnielinski.
  • Near-wall mesh — y⁺ checked for CHT; first cell down to 30 µm (y⁺ ≈ 0.5) when needed.
  • Assumption list — every assumption (loads, flows, ambient) listed for your confirmation.

Process

Revit MEP

  1. Send your drawings

DWG plans with sizes and elevations, plus your layer standard and Revit template if you have one.

  2. Recognition preview

We send back what was recognised and a list of open questions before any modelling.

  3. Model + QA

The Revit model is built, joined into systems and checked.

  4. Delivery

Revit model, 3D views, QA and clash reports. Fixes from your review included.

Thermal CFD

  1. Send your data

3D model or drawings, equipment data, your questions.

  2. Scope

We reply with the model scope, cases and assumptions to confirm.

  3. Model & solve

Interim results shared; key assumptions confirmed first.

  4. Delivery

Report in English or Chinese, contours and data; revisions included.
