What files do you accept?
For Revit MEP: DWG / DXF plans with sizes and elevations; a PDF is fine for a first look and a quote. For CFD: SolidWorks / STEP 3D models or drawings, plus equipment data (heat loads, airflows).
Which Revit version do you deliver?
Models are built in Revit 2026. A Revit file cannot be opened in an older version of Revit.
Do you keep my drawings confidential?
Yes. Your drawings, models and data stay confidential and are never used as samples. Everything shown on this site is a fictional demo project.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the number of floors, the systems in scope and the drawing quality. We give you the delivery time together with the quote.
Are revisions included?
Yes. For Revit models, fixes from your review are included. For CFD, questions and revisions after delivery are included.
Which languages are reports in?
English or Chinese.
How do I get a price?
Send your drawings or model and the scope. We review them and reply with a quote. We do not publish prices.
Have drawings ready?
Send your DWG plans, the floors and systems in scope, and your deadline.
